The Empress is the energy of care, nourishment and growth, like a mother or nature giving freely. In a reading she often marks a fertile, abundant period, whether in love, creative work or sometimes literally a pregnancy. She also reminds you to live through your senses: eat well, rest well and treat your body with kindness. Things grow when they are tended, not forced.
